Established in 2013 Al-Amal Foundation for Training and Entrepreneurship (REYADAH) is a non-profit, Yemeni development foundation, Founded by Al-Amal Microfinance Bank with Arab Gulf Program for Development (AGFUND), and Sheikh/ Abdullah Ahmed Bugshan. Officially registered by the Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs in Yemen under license No. (14/13/m).
